The relationship between a school district and the families within it is significant.  As such, when disagreements arise with respect to a student’s education, the focus should be on reaching an amicable resolution without resorting to judicial proceedings.  However, not all matters can be resolved without engaging in litigation.  In those circumstances, we are fully prepared to advocate on behalf of our clients in all applicable venues including the Office of Administrative Law, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Superior Court of New Jersey.
